Steps:
- Make sure you're an "Owner" in the "Training" group. Send in a IT Support Helpdesk ticket if you're not in the "Owner" group.
- Go here: https://connorgp1.sharepoint.com/sites/Training
- Create a Training Event here: https://connorgp1.sharepoint.com/sites/Training/_layouts/15/Events.aspx
- An event sub-folder with the date of the event and the name will automatically be created in Documents: https://connorgp1.sharepoint.com/sites/Training/Shared%20Documents

- Open your new event sub-folder, create another sub-folder called _Private or _Admin for files relating to that event that you don't want to be public.
- Select the circle radio button for your new _Private or _Admin folder and then select "Manage access" in the info pane (on the right)
- Then click Advanced in the bottom right

- In the new tab/window that opened, click "Stop Inheriting Permissions", click "OK" in the confirmation
- In the list, check "Training Members" & "Training Visitors" and then select "Remove User Permissions". Note: Never remove "Training Owners".
- If there are others outside of the "Owners" group that need access to this _Private or _Admin folder, click grant access and add them. Select Full Control for their permission set.
