1) A license assigned to them on Tableau Server. We can assign this, but we need to balance and approve each request with David Graham so we don't run out or give out licenses to those that shouldn't get them.
2) Permissions to some content that's published on Tableau Server.
There are typically AD security groups used to do this, but some permissions are managed as direct assignments. David Graham is the owner of these permissions and AD group memberships.
