Clearing your browser history is probably the first troubleshooting step to resolve web browsers running slow, sites not loading properly or login credentials issues.

Please follow the steps below to clear your history when using Google Chrome

  • Open Google Chrome Web Browser and hold Ctrl + H to open the history properties
  • Click on Clear browsing data as shown below:

  • Make sure you have the following options selected and proceed to click on "Clear data"

  • Close the browser and re-open it. This should work for the most common issues.

Note: If the problem persists, instead of selecting the "Basic" tab you need to select "Advanced" and make sure you select all the different categories from the list. Keep in mind that you will need to re-type any password you had cached or if you had any site preferences you may need to reset them.
