To Delegate your calendar (give control to another user), please do the following:
- Open Outlook
- Click View > Calendar > Shared calendars > Select the Calendar > Click Share
- Type in the name of the person you want to share your calendar with and select them from the list
- Chose the permissions you wish to grant to the person
- Click share
- Click View > Calendar > Shared calendars > Select the Calendar > Click Share
Note: it may take 20 minutes for your calendar to be visible to those you shared it with.
