Needs to check 2 things
1. Make sure permissions was set appropriately by HR. Setting the permission by navigating to Annual Review dashboard: https://insider.connorgp.com/ConnorGroup/HR/SitePages/AnnualReview.aspx. Search the review by entering employee's name and click the highlighted icon in the following screenshot
2. Double check whether the employee's account was mapped properly in https://insider.connorgp.com/ConnorGroup/HR/SitePages/CanonicalUserMapping.aspx.
