To use this plug-in you must be in the 'Salesforce Outlook Plugin - Access' group.

There is an older version of this plugin that is not supported, if that is still installed, it should be removed prior to adding the new one.

To install the current plug-in:

1: Click the apps button from any email.

Click 'Add Apps':

Search for Salesforce:



Click 'Add' and allow it to install:


Launch the plugin from the app button again:
