Summary


Connor Group has expanded the use of the helpdesk ticketing system Freshservice to include other departments under the same account, the departments are being separated by what Freshservice defines as workspaces. If a ticket comes into a particular workspace, but needs to be worked on by another, that ticket can just be moved into that desired workspace. 


Process


Ticket View


  • From the default ticket view, click the 3 dots in the upper right corner and choose 'move':


  • On the next screen choose the workspace that you want to move it to.
    • Choosing the group and agent is optional and does not need to be done.

  • Click 'Move' to confirm you choice and the process is complete.



Ticket List View


  • You can initiate the same process from the ticket list view, by checking the ticket(s) you want to move and clicking 'Move' on the top of the screen:
