It is best practice to add calendars on the Outlook Web Application because, once added, they will sync to all of your local devices which have outlook installed on them.
- Open Outlook on the web: https://outlook.office.com
- Click on the Calendar tab > Add calendar > Subscribe from web
- Paste the following URL into the available field: https://api.soldenservices.com/api/v1/ical/fto/corporate?key=Cg0JAQUKCA0CAA0PBAcIAw
- Name the calendar, select a color and charm, and choose which calendar group to add it to, then hit Import
- Note: To get data from multiple practices then the practices need to be separated by the comma (,) e.g: https://api.soldenservices.com/api/v1/ical/fto/R-D,Sales-BD,Corporate?key=Cg0JAQUKCA0CAA0PBAcIAw - and also the special characters: ,&\/<>%+'" inside the practice name need to be changed to "-" to get it works. For example: R&D => R-D, Sales/BD => Sales-BD.
- Name the calendar, select a color and charm, and choose which calendar group to add it to, then hit Import
- After a moment the import will complete and you can locate the added calendar under the subgroup you selected, in the above example Other Calendars
- After a few minutes you can close any local outlook application you have running on other devices, such as laptops or phones, and upon relaunching, the calendar will be available.
- You may have to check the calendar in order to get it to display on some devices.
