This document will walk you through the process of enabling VPN access to the Connor Group network using the Identity Enterprise application.
*Note: You may receive an email like this after being registered for VPN access, you can delete and ignore it.
- Once access has been approved via this service request launch the 'Identity Enterprise' application from the start menu.
- Use 'connorgroup.ui.com' for the workspace.
- Click ‘Continue’ and sign into the application via the launched webpage by clicking the ‘Microsoft’ button.
- Upon successful completion, you can launch the Desktop app and enable the VPN when you need it.
- Change this selector to blue to turn on the VPN.
- You can also set the application to automatically start when your computer does and to automatically connect if needed.
