This document will walk you through the process of enabling VPN access to the Connor Group network using the Identity Enterprise application.



*Note: You may receive an email like this after being registered for VPN access, you can delete and ignore it.


 

  1. Once access has been approved via this service request launch the 'Identity Enterprise' application from the start menu.

 


  1. Use 'connorgroup.ui.com' for the workspace.

  1. Click ‘Continue’ and sign into the application via the launched webpage by clicking the ‘Microsoft’ button.

  1. Upon successful completion, you can launch the Desktop app and enable the VPN when you need it.


  1. Change this selector to blue to turn on the VPN.


  1. You can also set the application to automatically start when your computer does and to automatically connect if needed.
